Insurance fraud in New York is a serious problem that affects all of us, costing consumers and businesses millions of dollars each year. In the most tragic cases, it has even taken lives. This is not a victimless crime—and it’s something we cannot afford to ignore.

Honest individuals and businesses should not bear the financial burden of fraudulent activity. That must change.

As Chairman, I am proud to serve alongside a Board of dedicated anti-fraud professionals who are committed to making a difference. Together, we are developing new and innovative ways to raise awareness, help people understand the impact of fraud, and encourage the reporting of suspicious activity.

By working together, we can protect our communities and ensure a fairer, more affordable system for all New Yorkers.
